Purchasing Office Employee

Position: Purchasing Office Employee

We are a growing company specializing in the sale of electromechanical products, focusing on electric motors and electric pumps. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Purchasing Officer to strengthen our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of electric motors and related components.
  • Select and evaluate new suppliers at both national and international levels, negotiating contracts and favorable commercial terms.
  • Monitor delivery times and stock levels, optimizing the warehouse to ensure continuous service.
  • Collaborate with the technical and commercial departments to meet customer needs and company projects.
  • Manage procurement documentation and monitor the department's budget.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or electrical component sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of international procurement dynamics and import/export regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • A degree in engineering, economics, or similar fields will be considered a plus.

Warehouse Worker

Position: Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a warehouse worker for our headquarters in Alfonsine (RA). The ideal candidate resides in the area and holds a "B" driving license. The candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse, loading and unloading goods, preparing orders, and managing stock levels.

Requirements:

  • "B" driving license (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in the sector, preferably with electric motors (Marelli or similar) or in the repair of submersible pumps and water pumps.
  • Good knowledge of Office, with particular attention to Excel
  • Ability to work in a team and good organizational skills
